  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (ET), Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Please note that during peak seasons, promotional periods, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be longer than usual. We will make every effort to notify you of any significant delays.

  • For security purposes, we may require order verification before shipment. If additional verification is needed, we will contact you using the information provided at checkout.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Standard Shipping:

  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes 4–7 business days within the United States, depending on your location. Delivery time is calculated from the shipping date, not the purchase date.

Free Shipping:

  • All shipping costs are included in our free shipping service. There are no additional charges for standard shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.

Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at info@optionsdesigns.com.

Shipping Address:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

3. Shipping Fees

Free Shipping:

  • OptionsDesigns offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase or hidden fees apply.

Additional Services:

  • Expedited shipping, signature confirmation, or other special services may incur additional fees. Please contact us for availability and pricing.

Taxes and Duties:

  • Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include taxes, customs duties, or import fees for international shipments. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes or duties associated with their order.

4. Order Tracking

Tracking Information:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. You may also log into your account to view order status.

Tracking Updates:

  • Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email for tracking information to update.

Carrier Inquiries:

5. Delivery Attempts and Undeliverable Packages

Delivery Attempts:

  • Our carriers will attempt delivery based on their standard procedures. If delivery is unsuccessful, a notice may be left and additional attempts may be made on subsequent business days.

Undeliverable Packages:

  • Packages may be returned to us for reasons including but not limited to:

    • Incorrect or incomplete address provided
    • Failure to collect the package
    • Refused delivery
    • Invalid or non-existent address
  • If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply. If no response is received within 30 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund minus shipping and handling fees.


6. Changes to Delivery Address

  • If you need to amend your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
  • Please note that address changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.

7. Incorrect Address

  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, you may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required for re-delivery.

8. Order Changes

  • In case you wish to modify your order, please call us within 2 hours of placing your order.
  • After 2 hours, changes to the order cannot be made.

9. Delays and Force Majeure

    • Customs delays (for international shipments)

Force Majeure:

  • We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, or infrastructure failures.

10. Risk of Loss and Ownership

Transfer of Ownership:

  • Once the order is handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer. This means that we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after shipment.

Damaged Shipments:

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

Missing Items:

  • If your order is incomplete or items are missing, please notify us within 3 business days of receiving your order. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
