We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

  • Item is in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required

How to Initiate an Exchange

  1. Contact us — Within 30 days of receiving your item

  3. Wait for approval — Once approved, we will provide exchange instructions and guidance

Color and Style Availability

If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we can offer:

  • Same style in different color
  • Alternative item of equal value
  • Store credit for future purchases
  • Full refund (treated as a return)

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement free of charge. If your order has already been shipped, please follow the return process upon receipt.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Clothing Quality Issues

Please contact us immediately if you receive clothing with the following issues:

  • Manufacturing defects (loose seams, missing buttons, fabric flaws)
  • Size discrepancies (actual size differs significantly from listed measurements)
  • Color discrepancies (significant difference from product photos)
  • Missing parts (belts, accessories, or accompanying items not included)

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following types of clothing items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Why can't intimate apparel be returned or exchanged? A: To ensure the health and hygiene of every customer, intimate apparel (such as underwear, socks, swimwear, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or worn.

Q: Can I exchange if the size doesn't fit? A: Yes, as long as the item is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags intact), you may request an exchange within 30 days.

Q: Can I return or exchange if the item has defects when received? A: Absolutely. If the item has manufacturing defects or shipping damage, please contact us within 3 business days. We will cover all return/exchange shipping costs.


Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier, we are no longer able to directly control the shipping process.

If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit:

  1. First, contact the shipping carrier for updates
  2. If unresolved, email us at info@optionsdesigns.com
  3. We will assist in investigating the matter with the carrier

Note: For lost or delayed packages caused by the carrier, resolution (replacement or refund) may only be provided after a completed investigation.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 working days to your original payment method.

Please note: Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 working days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
