Your order is not accepted until OptionsDesigns confirms acceptance. Your order will only be accepted after we have received and processed your payment. Please check your order carefully before submitting, as OptionsDesigns may not be able to fulfill cancellation requests after your order is accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided when placing the order.

Your purchases may only be returned or exchanged in accordance with our refund policy.

Section 5: Order Processing and Shipping

Processing Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Eastern Time) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping and Delivery Time: After your order is shipped, delivery typically takes 4-7 business days, depending on your location. All shipping costs are included in our free shipping service, so you do not need to pay any additional shipping fees.

Delivery Instructions: We are not responsible for shipping and delivery delays caused by: carrier delays, customs processing delays, or events beyond our control. Once we deliver the products to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss transfer to you. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
